Modimolle Volkswagen bad service

We phoned them on the 30th of May to request a quote for a service. After numerous phone calls and them promising to phone back, and they never did, we finally got ahold of someone saying we will have a quote on the 2nd of June. On the 3rd of June, we phoned again to try and find out from them and then again they said they would get back to us. We have not received any feedback from them. I feel the service that we got from them was non existent. I would not suggest anyone to use their services. We ended up driving to Pretoria to have our vehicle serviced rather than struggling with Modimolle Volkswagen to have it done there. If their service is like that, I don't want to think how bad their service is when your vehicle is with them.
