Misleading advertising and filthy accommodation

In December we booked a few days at Holiday Resort. On their website it said TV with DSTV in the Bush Huts, it still do. When we got there, there were a small TV, but no DSTV. They said, we had to bring our own DSTV. That is not how it is advertised. I do feel that they mislead us and did not offer what we paid for. Apart from that, we did not have warm water for 2 days, the bedding was filthy and crawled with bugs, the warm swimming pool was disquisting. You cannot see the bottom of the swimming pool and there was things floating in that pool that definetely belongs in a toilet. Absolutely unacceptable. 3 weeks later and we still have to treat bitemarks from the bugs in that beds.
