Very poor service delivery

After purchasing a Unit in Garsfontein Office Park and moving in Jan 2012, Modfin has yet to excel in any way, shape of form with their service delivery. They are paid excellent levies to manage the Office Park, yet, on a weekly basis, there is some form of problem. This morning, the lavatories are out of toilet paper. Upon phoning them to inform them, we're told that yes, they're very aware of the problem, but they have lost the key to the store room. It's 10.00 am...... surely going to the local store to purchase some rolls wouldn't be too much to ask for, until such time as a lock smith could come out!!! It's time for new management, clearly.
