Ruined suit trouser

Good day <br> <br> My husband bought eight thousand rand suit from Trennery. After two months he took the pants to Moderna Dry Cleaners. The pants had a slight moth damage and requested the seamstress to mend it. On collection we found the pants patched with a jeans cloth and sewn with a brighter colour yarn than the pants. I raised with the sales lady who called the manager. She indicated that there's nothing they could do as my husband he did not indicate the type of material he needs for the patch. I requested them to remove the patch as it doesn't go with the delicate fabric of the pants and the stitching has ruined it. She did not want to take the responsibility and became extremely rude. She demanded that we give the receipt as a proof that it was cleaned by them despite the fact she checked from the receipt book. <br> <br> Please assist as if they do not remove this patch they need to reimburse my husband for their carelessness.
