We made a booking with them and a guy called Eddie was the one handling our booking.On the day we left for the vacation to Mpumalanga Hazyview cabanas Eddie promised to send us our confirmation letter we called the company while on the way but the was no answer or a confirmation letter .When we call the resort they said that the booking was never made.We got to Hazyview at around 9 and they also tried calling modern vacations with no luck.We were a group of girls stranded at night very far away from home(Pretoria) and we had to pay again so that we can at least rest for the night.On Monday when we were on our way back a guy named Innocent from #modernvacations headoffice called us and promised to give us a refund however till date we haven’t received our R8000 back .When we called back the company they promised to give us a refund, and it has been weeks now waiting. We are calling and writing them emails they don't respond. They don't care about the clients at all.
