I joined modern Vacations in the August 2021 towards month end then

I joined modern Vacations in the August 2021 towards month end then. I payed a joining fee of R198 then few days after joining I decided that I didn't want the membership anymore because they didn't have what I wanted. I sent an email to them on the 3rd of September to cance but they didn't respond. Then now on the 8th October they deducted money on my account. I called and sent them an email then on the 13th they finally responded and said they've removed me from their system and they will return my money within 5 working days. And now 5 working days have passed still no money in my account and I called no answer, sent whatsapp messages no reply and emails still no response. I am so disappointed with them.
