I would to bring to your attention a complaint and serious concern about “modernspace.co.za”

This website is practicing *********ly business behaviour that is not far off from a **** and *****.

I’ve already reported this to their payment gateway provider Payfast and they investigating my complaint. I’m also in the process of logging complaint with the consumer protection body and ombudsman.

The website or so called company is posing as a legitimate online store that sells clothing, sneakers and iPhones. They accept orders and payments but never deliver the goods.

I’ve searched the web to see if this is the case and noticed similar complaints from other consumers on hellopeter who has been de*****ed.

The website does not have any contact information to support their customer enquires in either by form of email, telephone, social media. There are no channels to reach.

I made a purchase of R2000 on the 24th of March, I received a single email to confirm by order. After that, up today I have not heard from them via email on the status of my goods I paid for.

These are exactly the same complaints other consumers have posted about them on hellopeter.

This website needs to be shutdown to the Authorities
