MODERN POOLS RUNNING AWAY FROM RESPONSIBILITIES

I decided to use Modern pools to marbelite my pool because there were no complains against them on Hellopeter yet, but soon learnt that that was no guarantee.<br> They gave me a quote to do the job which I thought was reasonable because I phoned cemcrete before the time to find out what the product would cost and how much I'll need of it , I gave then the squere meterage and they calculated it to be 14 bags, just to discover that Modern pools had a different Idea ( of putting just half of the mabelite on ) they arrived with 8 bags . The quote says that they would put it on 8mm thick but had enough for only 4mm and ran out three quarter of the way. A product that had to be app**** and finished off in one day has now been left for two weeks. They went back to Cape Town to get another product to repair it with but I've never seen them again. They ran away from there responsibilities with 80% of the money and a pool that is in a worse state than it was in before they came to mess it up. I've been trying to contact him to come to some sort of an agreement, but to no avail ... Now it will cost me double the amount to take off the old Marbelite and put on the new skin
