I have ordered a tub of hair dye for my friend. In the begining i resieved fast emails back after questions and sutch.

No that I have paid it is as if my emial doesn't exsist any more. Its been 2 mounths know and I still havent recieved my item. I have sent at least 20 emials regarding this matter and all of them is ignored. I called 5 times in a row just to get my tracking number. Know if I call 10 times in a row they keep dismissing me.
