Advertising items not in stock: Refund a nightmare to process!

The store advertises items that are not in stock and getting them to process a refund has been a nightmare. Their service is atrocious, I have called on several occasions and used their Chat option but the outcome has been unsatisfactory. Don't buy anything from them online!
