Pathetic and appalling communication, terrible service and workmanship
I regret the day I set my foot at their warehouse. We made a purchase of 4 items on the 25th of Sep and when they were eventually delivered a month later and not 7 days later as per their turn around time they were all faulty and had to be be returned and this was due to poor workmanship. Their COMMUNICATION?!?! Don’t even get me started, it’s pathetic to say the least,I don’t even know how they are still in business with they kind of horrible service. Today is the 11th of Nov and we still haven’t received back our items. If you don’t want to have any regrets like I do, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MODERN HOME CRAFT FURNITURE!!!
