Disgusting service and atitude

First order: ordered simple window to be split into 3 equal parts....window arrived with 3 completely uneven random divisions,<br> Ordered sliding door and new window-sent picture of first window to match look, window and sliding door arrived in conpletely different colour,<br> Arranged for installation of sliding door, no ody arrived at arranged time, called cell phone number in yellow pages to enquire as to what was happening. He said guys would arrive 'sometime' in the morning. I explained my husband had arranged for 8am. The man said well he doesnt think I know what Was arranged because I didnt even know if the number i had dialled was for them (my husband had been dealing with them). I told him i cant wait all morning as I needed to get to work and 8am was arranged. He continued to argue, i thrn explained we have had multiple problems with them- he then argued that ad well. No apologies, no idea what customer service is. i proceeded to lose it, i admit. Its now 8:32am and am still waiting for their arrival, will update on whether door is installed correctly.
