1 Fountain Road Sandton fourways. Rental Properties

Had some bad experience with the place. I booked for 2 nights.. First week of October for my birthday celebration. When it was time to check in as I was from Soweto to Fourways Sandton, all went well apart from opening my booked room at unit 50. It was a traumatizing experience to find the place very dirty...the fridge was smelling...unwashed dishes..dirty floor...bed was undone and towels that had blood stains on u can name just a dirty house when i contact them they playing dark and dove....they made a mistake of not calling the lady who was supposed to clean...I said to them " please get me another room because already we are supposed to go to the casino and eat there cause we tired". They couldn't provide me with another room telling me someone is on his way to clean. We waited there for about 30mints...the lady got there and cleaned for 2hours. Just tell me how was really my birthday celebration like when really i prepared my date long time ago. She promised to pay one night back and still made me a fool till date I'm waiting for that payment of compensation. I have videos of how dirty it was when I get there and how unprofessional them texting me making me a fool about the place and their promise of paying back what they don't wanna pay back. They just made my birth month horrible.
