Extremely rude and aggressive staff

Went there with my mother to buy a microwave and after being ignored by 2 people who did not even look up at us a third guy helped us. After telling him what we wanted he showed us one whose button got stuck when we my mother opened the door. He then said it has never happened before and screamed at us that if you slam it like that it will get stuck but if you open it like a normal human being it will not get stuck. While he was yelling at me he slammed the microwave to show me how my mother apparently did it. Then I said to my mother that I don't think we should buy something from these people if they are so rude to us and he interrupted and screamed across the store that he it was not rude. We then left.
