Ripping people off, not servicing the machine

This company claimed that a valve on a coffee machine was replaced, another company took the machine in and found NO replacements.

Below is the complaint by my friend

"Twice the machine was brought back,! The third time you refused to send it back. It was not working at all. We took it to SNH and they replaced parts that were supposedly worn,? After parting with 2g for nothing, you refuse to reimburse us as SNH bill is 2.4. Sorry we are having to expose you on social media. Refuse to be handled by Robert and you? According to SNH nothing was replaced and this makes sense why the machine did not work after sending it back to you and Robert twice,??????"
