BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought 4L kettle on the 12th of February online then when i made follow up i was told they are out of stock and waiting for the supplier. Till today they don't know when is the supplier delivering and they don't have feedback. They no longer answer my calls. BAD customer service
