poor services!

<p>I booked my car at BMW modern autohaus polokwane for service. I arrived at 8 for the service. By 10 am I was sent a message that they were busy with my car at the workshop. I get there at around 12 pm and my car wasn't even touched. It was parked the way I left it. I enquired about it and they told me they will get to it. 3pm my car is still parked and they took around 3:15. I wondered how they are going to service a car thoroughly in less than 2 hrs because they are closing at 5pm. When I went to collect my car, it was dirty inside. So it wasn't washed properly. 2. The parking light was still faulty so it wasn't replaced. This just makes me wonder if the car was even serviced. Poor services at this garage and the employees don't want to account! I'm so disappointed </p>
