Exceptional services Ordered on 2 January 2025 and the goods were delivered on 7 January 2024 From Capetown to Pretoria North

Bad thing.... I received the email that internet express will delivery my goods... later I received a random sms with a link that in order for my shipment to be released from Courier guy I need to pay R18, I clicked the link after putting my banking details received notification from my bank to approve the transactions however on the transaction that needed to be approved it shows R4000 to Betway.... I think they should check their employees if they don't do ***** with the details of their customers knowing that we will fall for the **** since we are expecting delivery. I ve always purchase from different retailers including overseas but never received suspicious sms after purchasing. I whatsapp them on *** to confirm if they are the one who sent the SMS since I was expecting their delivery but never responded and the WHATSAPP went through

I'm glad the goods were delivered.... but worried if other people don't check the information on Bank APP before approval.... they could have paid that 4K to Betway and that ****mer was going to withdraw that money from Betway account
