From very poor to excellent service

I've ordered a part online but it was incorrect, i spoke to someone who wasn't very helpful BUT after almost giving up I was put through to Jody and wow what GREAT service I recieved and the right part was send. He told me that thanks to me they discovered that it was a factory fault, wrong parts in the box. Jody great service thank you very much for the assistance. Will deal with you again in the future.
