False advertising
They do false advertising because you buy from them online then the next thing is they sent you a mail giving them 3 days to back up on orders which they dont have stock and when you mail them asking where your stuff is then they dont reply POOR

We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify what happened with your order.
Of the six items ordered, one item was temporarily out of stock. We communicated this to you as soon as the order was processed and advised you of the expected waiting period. Your order was placed on the 10th and dispatched on the 14th, which included a weekend in between. As soon as the outstanding item arrived, the complete order was sent out immediately.
We certainly do not engage in false advertising, and we make every effort to communicate stock delays as soon as we become aware of them.
