Customer Service was tested today, it went well
I've only had good experiences so far in person. Tried to do an online order recently and it went a bit sideways with some miscommunication, chatted to them on WhatsApp and managed to clear things up. This is usually the only place I can find parts for my car and the service is great, just wish they were closer.
