BAD SERVICE FROM MODDERSPRUIT COMMUNITY SERVICE

I went to the clinic, the first thing that I did not like about the staff is that I greated them and they kept quite. The Ada lady took my I'D and opened a file. She told me to go whre they will take my blood pressure, the nurse helped me.

They called me to a room nd the wanted to cancel me for HIV test I told the lady that m not here to test I brought my eye. She took my file to the reception nd it was left der. All the people that I came before them the where assisted and I was left sitting on the bench like a stupid. I confronted this nurse called Maleka nd asked her if i was going to assisted or not the attitude that I got from her is very bad and the ada nurse just left without asking if I was helped or not. So the nurse started talking lot of things with attitude. As ds was not for the first time they treat me like ds m very concerned about the treatment we a getting frm the nurses that are surpose to be treating patients with dignity nd respect. Even the receptionists by the name if Tshenolo Mpho she is very rude, nd instead of helping us they will sit der and laugh while we sitting like stupid. Please help me as m tired of been treated like a trash in our community.
