Aftersales service is terrible .i purchased a polo bag from king shaka international store. there is nobody in store that can authorise returns or issue credit notes without the manager . The manager is never available .i did call in advance 4 hours before to let them know that i will be coming in .as the bag i purchased was deffective .when i arrived ,they answer is, they do not know were the manager is .they refuse to give me any proof when i asked to leave the bag as the airport is far from were i reside, they refused that they couldnt do anything without the manager which was not available .not taking calls .how does a business at an international airport not have someone instore at the time to make decisions without the manager .this i find very strange .its a ******* .
