Unfair treatment

I wanted to buy a house which was advertised by Modhomes<br> The house is in zakarrhiya park. The bank approved my bond application. When they tried to contact Mike he didn't respond because he had already sold the house to some one else. He did not even bother to inform me that he found a cash buyer for the house. On top of that he destroyed all my original payslips.
