Penalty on bond transfer

In the process of transferring my bond from FNB to Nedbank I am being charged a early redemption penalty by FNB. This after due process was followed to give sufficient notice of the transfer. Three parties involved: FNB, Nedbank and Moche Attorneys. Between all three parties there has been delay in process in executing the transfer. Between the 3 parties no one is prepared to take ownership for the issue. In the meantime I am responsible for almost R2 000 pm interest on the FNB bond that I can save of the Nedbank bond. Not prepared to pay the R40k penalty.
