Moche Attorneys - Bond attorneys for Std Bank #Disastertransactions

Moche Attorneys was appointed by Standard Bank as the Bond Attorney in one of my transactions in Annlin , Pretoria .

From day 1 Moche Attorneys was slow and unproductive , they do not answer their phones or respond to emails . They delayed the transaction by 2 weeks from the start , they lodged the transaction at the deeds office after 3 months . After it was declined at the deeds office , they told us that their proceed to lodge was not in place ??? This is totally unaccepted !! It really boggles my mind how Standard Bank can appoint such a unproductive Law Firm on their panel. Please Standard Bank , I urge you to investigate the actions of this Law Firm , I am also a Std Bank Client and this reflects very bad on my company.
