You people are pethatic

I tried calling before 1pm but clearly the phone was put aside cause it doesn't make sense that your line can be busy for over 15min , and when I finally got through at 1pm I placed my order and did advise that I would come and collect. 13min later when I get there, the lady at the front tells me that they were about to call to inform me that they don't have Avo. What the **** do you take me for, my lunch is almost over and you realise 13minutes later that you've run out of Avo??? And while I was standing there your phone was ringing non stop and no one was attending to it which proves me right abut you people putting the phone on the side just so you can ignore people like me that place orders telephonically. I asked that you people must deliver my food yet again there were no chips and I paid a full amount not half!!! Your service was pathetic since 2017 now it's 2018 and you people are getting worse by the day. Have an alternative contact number if you know that you are busy, and respect us cause your franchise is running because of us the customers. And you even bought me coke, who said I drink coke? So you also decide for us what to drink? Listening is a s****, so master it, and update your stupid menus if you want us to pay for delivery!!!
