You Don't Get What You Pay For!

On 01/03/2015 at 18:50, I called in and ordered 4 x T/Chicken Mayo sandwiches, with cheese, no garnish and 2 x Medium Chips. I got to the store to collect my order. After paying for the order the lady found that my order had not been done, they were only going to make it. I did not want to wait longer and asked for a refund as we were very hungry and the store was very busy. The supervisor at the back said it would take 2 minutes. I told the lady it is now 19:10, if I don't get my order at 19:12, I want a refund. Well, I got my order. To my dismay upon arriving home, we didn't get what we paid for. It was dry toasted chicken. The chicken was in chunks, there was no mayonnaise, no cheese. I regularly order from this store and never had an issue but this is the first time. I have heard from other consumers that when this store is busy they don't do your order properly and they proved the rumour true. Irrespective of being very busy or not it is not ethical to cheat customers and give half orders. It is peoples hard earned money. We were too tired to come back to store to come back to the store to show what we received. However I feel this should be noted as it is highly unacceptable.
