Wrong Order, 2 hour wait Poor customer service

Mochachos Melville I placed a telephonic order at 12:pm at my office for myself and colleagues and was delivered my food at 12:45pm, on discover they had taken my order wrong ,I called them with my issue, and sent my food back with the driver I still have not received my food, and by now the ladies and I who placed the order, Lunch time is over, when calling to find out they informed us that the driver still hasn't even collected the fixed order, its now 1:50, practically almost 2 hours and still counting, of waiting for food , incorrect orders given, no curtsies given in compensation towards customers for inconvenience. Our Food arrived st 14:00 pm, this time the order was correct and the slip was wrong, the added extras to the slip making the bill higher, When i called back I spoke to Beggie The manager who was no help at all, and refused to put me through to his superior
