WORST SERVICE EVER

I ordered food this morning from Mochachos and it took them over an hour to deliver and when i asked to speak to the manager he told me that he is busy and will call me back, and ever since i've been waiting for him to return my calls as i left all my contact details and this is not the first time, it has happened on numerous occassions and i've let it slide and now it's really getting on my last nerve because nothing seems to be improving. the last time i was delivered a spoiled green salad, all the tomatoes were off and that was disgusting beyond.

then later on i ordered my lunch from Mcdonalds of which my fries were not even half and my beverage wasn't with the driver, i called the manager and needed the beverage to be subtracted from the total and i was told that they can't as thats the total on the receipt, i don't dispute that i kindly told the manager that i did not want it anymore and she told me that there is nothing she can do and that i must pay that amount and they will send the driver of which it's quite a drive from my work place. what ticked me off badly was that my fries were not even half, what excuse should one get for that, i did not appreciate how the matter was handled, i even wrote a brief message to the manager as to how unhappy i was with the experience.
