Worst service ever

On 19/03/2015 approximately around 05:15pm after my surgery at Wilgeheuwel hospital, me and my partner decided to get Machachos fast food across the road of the hospital, my partner ordered a half chicken with chips and buns and i ordered chicken livers with chips. Not only did we wait long but when we finally got home and opened our food everything was burned (overcooked), The chicken was completely burned and dry and tasted awful as well as my chicken livers, as it was already late and i ate last on 18/03/15 09:00pm as i had to eat before 10pm at for my surgery the next day (19/03/15) we tried to eat pieces of the burned food that looked OK but still tasted bad. the only thing that was eatable was the fried chips as the buns was also very dry (not fresh). This is the worst service i have ever gotten in my life!!!!!! very disappointing Machachos
