Worst service and food

I don't even think they deserve one star.

My mom and I went to eat there today. My order was chicken nachos, I specifically asked for lemon and herb. Usually when people order lemon and herb they cannot eat strong items. I get my nachos covered in chillies when I called the waitress she said this is how they are arrived (I remember previously ordering nachos and they never had chillies on ), I just then said I cannot eat strong food. And I cannot eat that food. The waitress took it Away and out came the manager who proceeded to tell me the exact same thing and said he will see what he can do. 10 - 15mins later the waitress comes out with the nachos which looks awful. Yes the the strength of the chillies was gone but I do not know what they did. First off the waitress was in such a bad mood when she brought the plate, secondly I did not see all the chicken on the plate like their was on my plate that was burning my mouth. Half the nachos was just basted in tomato flavor junk, the others was plain nacho chips. With two or three pieces of chicken on the top. I'm mortified. I have never ever been so disgusted in service as i was today at mochachos Kenilworth branch. Service was ****. Food was ****. And I will make sure everyone gets to hear about this !!!!!!
