Worst Mothersday

It was a family outing for mothers day with about twelvepeople we received terrible service and spoilt food.The meal comes to our table without any cutlery until we ask for it. Thereafter through the meal the Waiter brings the buns which there is no need for.The Mexican rice which is part of the meal smells and tasted spoilt.The matter was brought up with the manager Shabaan whom refuses to assist us and who is defencive instead of resolving the problem.I complaint to head office and spoke to Kenneth Meyer he informed me he will get the owner Mohammed of the store to call me but to date I am still waiting.I am really shock with this whole experience cause if the owner has a attitude like this its self explanatory that the staff will also behave in this manner.I advise any person if you are eating at Mochachos Gateway Durban beware of my experience of the food and *********** staff and terrible service.
