Worst Mochachos Service

<p>In the past month or so I received the worst from Mochachos Florida Junction, I ordered two meals, that being Schwarma and 4 wings with chips. The service from the lady over the phone was excellent however one of the meals I received , the wings and chips , looked like something left over from the day before, the wings were dry and chips too, they were so hard to chew , even one of my colleagues called it "dog food" , i complained about this on the Mochachos website and was given an apology call by whoever at head office , oh and if i can also mention , i also received a disgusting attitude from the their delivery guy. but moving forward i let it go thinking it was a once off.</p> <p>Yesterday 13th June 2017 my colleagues and i ordered a bunch of meals, some schwarmas and some wings , the schwarmas were alright and some wings were dry , some were not there, and by there i mean we ordered four wings and get 3 wings. or wings that arent complete. My meal specifically was just 4 wings extra hot, i received 3 and a half wings and clean bones with sauce, as if someone ate them, now you can imagine how disgusted i felt. We didnt bother calling the shop , because nothing is ever done , unless someone screams and becomes rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hate complaining about Mochachos because we love the food there, we always order there, but from my own personal opinion, since they changed the owners, which if im not wrong was last year, the service has been just okay, not as Great as the previous guys. i hope someone looks into this , im sure im not the only one complaining .. if i am , people are probably afraid they will get stuff put in their food if they complain </p>
