Worst Mochachos in South Africa

These people deserve negative 3 stars We ordered 2 burgers, one with garnish and one without,a packet of chips and a strips and chips. Everything was done via the Mr D app I have the proof of my order 19/08/23 Order number 671 Both burgers came without garnishing Chips were horrible Strips were okish Food had no Tate I picked up the phone and contacted the manager who didn't give two hoots about me. Told me that he'll replace my burger the next morning . He didn't care whether I ate or not. So I settled for a chocolate and a fizzy drink. Got away for my wifes birthday and my entire weekend was spoilt. Thanks Ismail Cassim you and your staff did an excellent job of spoiling mine and my wife's entire weekend. Btw your service was atrocious & and your food was unedable. U guys shouldn't call yourselves Mochachos. I'm from Lenz and trust me I know what Mochachos should taste like! The worst Mochachos I've ever eaten.
