Worse than bad service

I placed an order on uber eats with Machachos Norwood and the Uber driver was left waiting 40 minutes to collect my delivery. When I called the take out in Norwood they pretended not to be able to hear me. The person answering the phone could barely speak English and kept asking me to repeat myself
