Worse service at Mochachos Pinetown

After a 7 hour hike at the nearby Gorge,my family(5 adults & 4 kids) made our way to Mochachos,Pinetown.On arrival my husband & brother in law took the kids to get seated at a nearby table whilst my mum,sister & i placed our order. It took approximately 15 minutes for them to have eventually gotten our order right. We then proceeded to get seated at the table aswell. I then went to the wash basin to wash my hands to my surprise in the midst of the Covid_19 Pandemic there was no hand wash in the dispenser. I then went to the wash room all whilst our chicken was given to us with a few plates yet i did mention the amount of people present. With that been said after 5 minutes the additional cutlery and rolls were brought to our table. At this point my husband & brother in law were famished so they had no choice but to eat the chicken with plain rolls mind u because this was the first time i was seated at a restaurant just to be told that they do not serve butter and if needed it costs R2 each. It was at this moment that i realised i was not given my change at the till so i then asked for the waitress to give me butter with the funds that were owed to me. By now the guys were done eating & that's when the chips and coleslaw was brought to the table. After 8 to 10 minutes we then received the strips & rice which in my opinion needed salt by now it wasn't even surprising that there was nor salt or black pepper on the table. On departure i did ask if there was a suggestion box to which i was told that there wasn't one in the store. As we left it saddened me when my 6 year old said "mummy we should've went to Grill to Go instead" with our kids motivation whilst hiking was our constant reminder of the Mochachos meal that was awaiting them i felt like i let them down. I did spend alot of money yet it felt so not worth it.My bill was R410 and it was the worse meal and experience ever.
