Worse mochachos ever!!!

Went to mochachos northcliff and experienced the worse service ever! Firstly we ordered a jalapeno beef burger and instead got an ice cold jalapeno chicken burger. We waited over 30 mins for the food to come. When it did finally arrive it was ice cold as if it came from the freezer! I then called the waiter and she said she will warm it up. I then waited and waited and our drinks never arrived keep in mind there was no drinks in the fridge everything was sitting on the floor and the cashier said because they didn't have time to unpack it. I went to ask for my kids juice which I ordered and payed for and was told there is no juice. I asked why didn't they tell me that when I first ordered it and I wouldn't have ordered it then. I was told just take this coke very abruptly! When I went to eat my food I seen my kids chicken burger was undercooked and the chips tasted very stale and the rolls we're old! So I got up and left the entire meal. Because we would of gotten food poisoning. There was no use in complaining because the staff were so rude. We wasted our time and money! I am so disgusted by this mochachos. They should be closed down.
