Wings gone wrong- outlet discrepancies

I ordered via Mr Delivery and received the worst 4 wings and chips meal. I usually get the best Mochachos wings at Ridgeway but today I ordered from the nearest outlet and I regret it. The wings are not spiced properly and they are hard. I couldn't even finish
