Waste of money ***AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN***

This happens to me every single time, I order from Kelvin. Kelvin branch is the nearest to me. I ordered leg piece written exactly like this ***LEG PIECE PLEASE *** They send me the damn breast piece. I dont eat the breast. I am a diabetic on insulin, insulin take and the incorrect order arrives. Waste of money. Norra and the manager, they cannot even say sorry, speaks to me with such pathetic attitude, what have I done wrong??? Mr D Food does not answer there phone...
