waiting for 48 minutes for food

This is the second complaint about the same branch. Tthis time I go In an order a veg burrito meal. Have to wait for 30 mintes before they come tell me that there is no stocck of the veg pattie. How ridiculous is that. Making me wait so long in myy 60 minute break to tell me no stocck! They are ridiculous here. When asking the manager what veg alternative I can have he said eish he does not know,,, pathetic from mochahos . Disgraceful
