waitined 45 mins after calling in 2 hours pior

1 place order telephonically @ 12h00 advise food to be ready @ 1h15 I will come sit down and eat<br> 2. arrived @ 1h20 did not food until 13h50 35 mins late <br> 3. food was given in take away as no plates was availiable <br> 4. the glass source bottle was broken<br> 5.requested extra spice which in fact no spice was on chips <br> 6. when call in I place order lady on phone can not understand English had to repeat order 5 times before she got it right <br>
