Waited very long for my food

I went to Mochachos Bosmont on Friday 06/02/2015 order was placed at 20:17, I only recived my order at 21:15 after I had to make a noise about why it's taking so long. There were people that placed their orders after mine yet they left the shop before me, when I went to enquire I was told that I had to wait 15 min extra I then said I would like my money back so I can go somewhere else and than only Felix went to enquire about my order all he could say when he came back was he assumed that there was a mix up with the order, no apology was given. He was in such a hurry to take the money for the next order. I will never go back there as it seems like taking the money from their customer's is much more important, I will also advise my family & friends of the bad experince I had.
