Waited over an hour for my food

Called for delivery and i specifically asked the lady how long with it take for me to receive my order and she said 40min. Called at 12:25pm, At 13:17 called again and this time spoke to a guy who said none of the drivers are in store. but how could she have said my order will take 40min knowing that none of the drivers are in store. he then said i should wait another 20min. guess what, its not 13:17pm and i'm still waiting.
