Waited almost an hour for 2 burgers & a burrito , on top of wildly exorbitant cost !Not good service at all.

Really bad experience at this restaurant today , really unorganized staff , lady manager was not very guiding towards the staff to notice that they don't follow the necessary order in terms of order numbers on the till slip so that people can receive their orders in the correct manner and according to when order was made. Never in my entire life have i had to wait almost an hour for food ordered at a fast food outlet ? It was longer than any fine restaurant I've ever been to. We ordered 2 burgers and a burrito ? I have no idea why an order made at 18:25 was only fulfilled at 19:17 on the 1/2/2021 . There were no shortage of staff , just seems to be alot of confusion and a lack of order. For charging us R99.90 for a double jalapeno burger & chips I must say my appetite along with my desire to come back to this establishment have all but left me , Not a satisfied customer :(
