Waist of time and unprofessionalism

Yesterday I placed an order at 12:34, and give out address for delivery, and I was told that my order will take 20 min . 30 min later I phoned to check how far it is. I was told that my order is ready and the deliver guy will bring it. I waited and that time we are running training and candidate's has to eat its lunch time. Half past one I phoned to check again, I was asked lot if question and I told them that I placed an order and the other lady from the other side of the phoned said yes the order is here and and guy will bring it I should just give them the address again . I was very patience with them. I gave out the address again. At 2oclock I called them again to ask what's happening withy order the lady gave the delivery guy a phone to ask me of the address. I told the guy that I will come and fetch them. When I arrive there my order was not ready as I ordered 5 shwarmas and Greek salad .they did not prepare my salad she said I should wait for few minutes she will go and do it. I told the other lady to cancel it. I was so angry and left. 15 minutes I left they called me to fetch my things when I've already bought something elsewhere
