VERY RUDE SERVICE AT LENASIA SIGNET TERRACE

<p>I'm very dissatisfied with what happened at the Signet Terrace, Lenasia just now. </p> <p> </p> <p>I walked into the franchise and went to the order desk and there was a man with tattoos and a flat cap on and real nice fancy clothing, busy writing in a book. I asked him can I have potato wedges and he ignored me at first so I asked again. Without even lifting his head he said we don't have that. I said but I always eat potato wedges at Mochachos. He rep**** again: We dont have that. </p> <p> </p> <p>He looked to his right and called the lady also working there and said help this guy. Rude client service if you ask me. I asked her for potato wedges and she rep**** we don't have that and instead she showed me where the chips is. Guess what? Below the chips on the menu is potato wedges and I showed them where the potato wedges are. </p> <p> </p> <p>In conclusion, if the staff of Mochachos don't even know what is on the menu and on top of that rude behaviour and poor helping assistance for a customer, should we not consider other franchises instead... </p> <p> </p> <p>I must add that in the past I have had very good service and friendliness from Mochachos franchises all over Gauteng I can't understand what seems to be the problem with Signet Terrace Mochachos. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a business man myself I can only advise Mochachos and the owners of the franchises be very careful to whom you employ working as the face of your company's name. </p>
