Very rude cashier

Had I very bad experience with the Kelvin branch where the cashier was so rude to us customers. We do understand that during this lockdown period we have to order telephonically but since they were not answering their calls I decided to come check what’s going on only to find a very rude cashier who’s customer s****s are disgusting to say the least. And I didn’t expect to get such a bad treatment from the staff since I’m a loyal custome. To make matters worse they were still ignoring telephone orders when I got there and she told me that they are too busy to take telephone order.
