very poor service

went to buy food on Thursday and waited like 1 hour for the food as there is only one person <br> packing the food and then when you receive the food she puts the wrong things in the packet <br> then when I get home the chips are not spiced like it was fried in the same oil as the chicken with bits of <br> flavour that is used on the chicken they really need to try and employee more staff as the service there really suck a lot and for a pregnant women to wait so long is really not nice
