very bad service from manager

I order 3 Cheese chicken burgers from Mochachos Mokopane and upon receiving my order we decided to eat first my daughter burger smell off and then my wife took a bite of hers and it's smell off also after that mine was also smelling off. I then phoned the store where the manager told me that she is confused because they are making burger the whole day and no complains I took 2 of the burgers back to the store where the manager told me in a ride manner what must she do . I told her I wanted a refund and she said that only the owner can refund and I told her to phone him and she said in a ride manner again must I phone him now he is in Venda she then told me that she can only give me 2 new patties and that is that. I have photos off the food that was off and the nee patties. I also have video of staff not wearing mask while working with food.

never again and I would like the owner to phone me
